Pickup & Ordering FAQ

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after ordering?

No. Due to the nature of our pre-mixed products and strict state liquor compliance, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit once an order has been placed and payment is processed.



What happens if I’m running late for my pickup?

We offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled pickup time. If you do not arrive within those 15 minutes, your order will be automatically cancelled. Because our drinks are made to order for quality and safety, these cancelled orders are non-refundable.



What kind of ID do I need to bring?

You must present a valid, physical government-issued photo ID (such as a Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) that shows you are at least 21 years of age. We cannot accept photos of IDs or digital copies.



Can someone else pick up my order for me?

The individual who placed the order must be the one to pick it up. The name on the order must match the name on the physical ID presented at the time of pickup.



What if I forget my ID?

By law, we cannot hand over alcoholic beverages without verifying a valid ID. If you arrive without a proper ID, your order will be cancelled immediately with no refund issued. Please ensure you have your physical ID ready before heading to our location.



Why is your refund policy so strict?

Our policy ensures we remain in 100% compliance with 2025 state liquor laws and federal regulations regarding the sale and "return" of alcohol. Additionally, our mixed drinks are prepared fresh to ensure quality, and they cannot be resold once the pickup window has passed.
